LCD Brackets
So, you've made the move to an LCD tv and now you're wondering where to put it? If it's a small lcd tv, perhaps 15" or 17" you may have put it on a shelf. You might also want to consider an LCD bracket to mount it below a kitchen cabinet if you're using your LCD tv in the kitchen. If it's one of the larger models, 26", 36", 46" or whatever, it may be sitting on a stand on the floor. But you can do better. What's the point of throwing out the old CRT tv only to have your floor space taken up with an even bigger stand?
LCD tvs manage to provide a lot of screen space in a slim package - and this is where you can really capitalise. With an LCD bracket to mount your lcd tv you get to have a large screen and keep your floor space!
LCD Brackets to wall mount your lcd tv come in various shapes and sizes. There is a basic frame mount - a slim frame fixed to the wall which your lcd tv is clamped into. Then there is the tilting LCD TV bracket. This is like the frame but it tilts forwards and backwards.
Next we have cantilever LCD brackets. These wall mount your lcd tv so that it rotates to face your particular viewing position. A variation on this is the cantilever tilt wall mount which, as its name suggests, provides both tilting and turning for your lcd tv.
The fixed-frame wall mount lcd tv approach is great if you tend to watch your tv from the same position or if you are pushed for space as they are very slim in profile. If you have a little bit more space, or want the luxury of being able to view your tv from different angles then one of the cantilever models is the one to go for.
Whatever you do, don't go to the trouble of buying an lcd tv and then dump it on a shelf, or worse still, waste floor space with it. Make the most of your lcd tv and floor space by checking out the range of LCD brackets.
